This is a private timber bulkhead we built in a very tight area. The house being built so close to a steep bank made this job a real challenge. We installed anchors under the house to help hold the wall up and were able to use a mini excavator and skid steer loaders to complete the work.  Without the possibility of using large equipment, this job was very labor intensive, and the difficulty of completion was much greater than that for a job where space is not so limited. The owner of this project was extremely happy with our work and the resulting appearance of his property.
